Salt and Pine focuses on household coordination, not licensed or specialized trades. This service does not include:
- Licensed travel agency services or issuing tickets on your behalf
- Security monitoring, alarm response or professional house-sitting overnight
- Property management, repairs or maintenance work
- Guaranteeing third-party travel pricing, availability or vendor performance
How recurring weekly support works
For households that travel often, home checks and travel preparation are usually folded into a recurring weekly plan. The household is already known, the checklist already exists, and each trip becomes a matter of activating it rather than rebuilding it.
Occasional and seasonal arrangements also work — for example, weekly checks on an empty property from December through March, or trip-by-trip preparation two or three times a year.

What does a home check actually cover?
